Stable release
--------------

To install neuroglia, run this command in your terminal:

    $ pip install neuroglia

From source
------------

The sources for neuroglia can be downloaded from the `Github repo`_.

    $ git clone git://github.com/AllenInstitute/neuroglia
    $ cd neuroglia
    $ pip install -r requirements
